These terms describe how the Veyora Home Buying service works at this stage.
The service
Veyora offers human-led support to people buying a home in England. We help with research, preparation and coordination with relevant professionals.
Free introduction
The initial introduction is free. It is for understanding your needs and explaining the process. It does not include detailed property research, legal review or advice.
Paid work
No paid work begins until the scope and fee have been set out clearly and agreed with you in writing.
Prices
Decision File £1,200 VAT inclusive; total buyer representation fee 2.10% of the purchase price VAT inclusive, with the Decision File credited in full. Prices are on a planned 20% VAT basis and VAT registration is not yet confirmed. The written agreement sets out scope, payment timing, cancellation rights and VAT treatment before any paid work.
