What an agreed paid scope can produce, what is separate, and what Veyora does not do.

Under an agreed paid scope, the work is written down. Depending on that scope, your file can include:
A summary of your buying objective and priorities
An assessment of the areas and properties under consideration
Findings so far, and the questions still open
Cost assumptions stated explicitly, with missing items marked
Questions prepared for the solicitor, surveyor or mortgage adviser
The responsible person and the next step for each open item
Research support and purchase representation are different things
Initial research and decision support help you understand options before you commit. Representation during a purchase or coordination of the transaction is a separate piece of work, scoped and agreed in writing on its own. Nothing paid starts without your written agreement.
Decision File: £1,200
VAT inclusive, paid upfront. Pays for the agreed research and the delivered file. It is not a property deposit or a reservation.

Buyer representation: 2.10%
of the purchase price, VAT inclusive, in total. The total fee if you go on to buy with us. It already includes your Decision File payment and is never a percentage on top of it. Decision File credited 100% against the total for the same purchase. Prices include VAT on a planned 20% basis. VAT registration is not yet confirmed; registration, effective date and invoice treatment are confirmed in writing before any paid work.
Not included, paid separately
Any third-party charge is disclosed to you and approved by you before it is incurred. Where an amount is not yet known, we say so rather than counting it as zero.
