Where is my planning data?
The worksheet, checklist and shortlist are saved only in this browser. Clearing site data, using another device or a private window will not show them. Use Reset in each tool to remove them.
Is my enquiry sent?
Only the introduction request form sends details, and only when online requests are open. The page tells you clearly whether a request was recorded.
Something is wrong

Do you support investment and education-related purchases?
Yes. You may be buying to live in, invest, or provide accommodation for yourself or your child during studies. Research and professional checks are scoped around the intended use; no investment return is promised.
Is the first conversation really free?
Yes. The initial introduction is free. It is for understanding your needs and explaining the process; it is not free detailed research or legal advice.
Which languages can I speak with the team in?
Conversations with our team are currently in Turkish or English.
Do you only work in London?
No. We support purchases across England. London features prominently, but other cities and regions are equally welcome.
How much does it cost?
The introduction is free. A Decision File costs £1,200 VAT inclusive (£1,000 net), paid upfront once you agree the written scope. If you go on to buy with us, the total fee is 2.10% of the purchase price VAT inclusive (1.75% net), and the Decision File is credited in full against it. Prices use a planned 20% VAT basis; registration is confirmed before paid work.
Do you cover Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland?
Not at present. Our service currently covers England only.
How VAT is shown
Prices are shown VAT inclusive on the planned 20% basis: £1,200 is £1,000 plus £200 VAT, and 2.10% is 1.75% plus VAT. Veyora’s VAT registration has not yet been confirmed. Before any paid work we confirm in writing whether VAT applies, from which date and how it appears on your invoice. No VAT number is quoted here and no payment can be taken on this website.
